摘  要:目的:探讨使用关节镜下关节清理术治疗前外侧踝关节软组织撞击综合征(Ankle Soft-tissue Impingement Syndr ome,ASTIS)的效果。方法:选取2015年5月至2018年2月期间皖南医学院弋矶山医院收治的13例前外侧ASTIS患者作为研究对象。为所有患者均使用关节镜下关节清理术进行治疗。然后观察这些患者美国足踝外科协会评分标准(American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society,AOFAS)的评分、治疗的效果及发生术后并发症的情况。结果:术后6个月,这些患者AOFAS中各项指标的评分及总评分均有所提高,与术前相比,P<0.05。术后6个月,这些患者治疗的优良率为92.3%。这些患者均未发生神经损伤、血管损伤及切口感染等术后并发症。结论:使用关节镜下关节清理术治疗前外侧ASTIS的效果显著,可改善患者踝关节的功能,且不易引发术后并发症。Objective:To investigate the effect of arthroscopic joint debridement in the treatment of anterolateral Ankle soft-tissue Impingement Syndrome(ASTIS).METHODS:Thirteen anterolateral ASTIS patients admitted to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from May 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with arthroscopic joint debridement.The patients were evaluated on the American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society(AOFAS)scores,treatment outcomes,and postoperative complications.Results:Six months after surgery,the scores of all indexes and total scores of AOFAS in these patients were improved,compared with those before surgery(P<0.05).At 6 months postoperatively,these patients had an excellent or good treatment rate of 92.3%.No postoperative complications such as nerve injury,vascular injury or incision infection occurred in these patients.Conclusion:Arthroscopic dearthrotomy in the treatment of anterolateral ASTIS has a significant effect,which can improve the function of the patient’s ankle joint and is less likely to cause postop erative complications.
