摘　　要：DC-DC电源模块(以下简称电源模块)的批量测试需要设计专用的插座适配器用于提高检测效率。针对典型电源模块引脚分布开展分析,建立引脚分布数据库以及引脚分布相似计算方法,提出电源模块插座适配器通用化、标准化的设计方法。通过建立通用插座适配器区域分布数据库以及电源模块插座适配器适配性分析方法,最终形成了一种电源模块数字化检测管理方法。The batch test of DC-DC converters(hereinafter called converters)needs to design special socket adapter for im⁃provement of test efficiency.The pin distribution of typical converters is analyzed to propose the database and similarity calculation method of pin distribution,with which the universal and standardized design method of converters is established.The regional distri⁃bution databases of socket adapters and the adaptability analysis method between converters and socket adapters are put forward.Fi⁃nally,a digital test management method of converters is formed.
