摘　　要：在一些恶劣环境条件下,恒温晶振以其出色的频率稳定性指标发挥着重要作用。论文基于LabVIEW语言和矩阵开关研发了一套恒温晶振测试系统,该系统兼容IE488、UDP、RS485等多种通信协议,单批最多可实现16只恒温晶振在不同温度下的频率和电流的测试,该系统开发周期短、部署灵活、成本低廉。Due to its excellent frequency stability,OCXO(oven controlled crystal oscillator)plays an important role in some particular occasions.Based on LabVIEW programming language and matrix switch,this article has developed an OCXO-testing sys⁃tem.The system is compatible with multiple communication protocols such as IE488,UDP,and RS485.A single batch can test the frequency and current of 16 constant temperature crystal oscillators at different temperatures.The system has a short development cy⁃cle,flexible deployment and low cost.
