摘  要:试验研究饲粮能量水平对海兰褐蛋种鸡产蛋后期生产性能、蛋品质及受精率的影响。试验选取55周龄海兰褐蛋种鸡720只,按能量水平11.38 (试验Ⅰ组)、11.17 (试验Ⅱ组)、10.96 MJ/kg (试验Ⅲ组)随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复60只鸡。试验期为8周。结果表明:饲粮的能量水平对海兰褐蛋种鸡产蛋后期的采食量、产蛋率、只日产蛋量、死淘率、单枚蛋重均无显著影响(P>0.05);饲粮的能量水平对合格种蛋率、受精率影响不显著(P>0.05);试验第7 d,试验Ⅰ组的蛋壳颜色显著高于试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05),试验期第28 d和第56 d,试验Ⅱ组的畸形蛋率显著低于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。研究表明,海兰褐蛋种鸡产蛋后期的能量水平为11.17 MJ/kg。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary energy level on the production performance, egg quality and insemination rate of Hy-Line brown egg breeders in late laying periode. A total of 720 55-week Hy-Line brown egg breeders were randomly divided into three groups by energy level 11.38(test group Ⅰ), 11.17(test group Ⅱ),10.96 MJ/kg(test group Ⅲ), with four replicates in each group and 60 chickens in each replicate. The results showed that the energy level of the diet had no significant effect on the feed intake, egg production rate, daily egg production, dead scouring rate, and single egg weight of Hy-Line brown egg breeders in late laying period(P>0.05). The energy level of the diet has no significant effect on the rate of qualified eggs and insemination rate(P>0.05). On the 7 th day of the test, the color of the eggshell of the test group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that of test group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P<0.05). On the28 th and 56 th days of the test period, the rate of deformed eggs in test group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in test group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ(P<0.05). It is recommended that the energy level of Hy-Line brown egg breeders in late laying period is 11.17 MJ/kg.
