摘  要:试验研究日粮中添加不同剂量艾蒿黄酮对肉仔鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响。选择1日龄AA肉仔鸡240只,分为5个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡:各试验组分别在肉仔鸡日粮中添加0、250、500、750和1000mg/kg艾蒿黄酮„试验期42d。结果显示,试验22~42d、0~42d,500、750mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉仔鸡平均日采食量(ADFI)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。22~42d,750mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。500、750、1000mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡胸肌肌肉亮度(L^(*))值极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。750mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡胸肌红度(a^(*))值有显著高于对照组的趋势(P=0.05)。1000mg/k g艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡胸肌肌肉剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各水平艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡胸肌肌肉滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。750mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡腿肌肌肉L^(*)值极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。500、750、1000mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡腿肌肌肉a^(*)值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。750、1000mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡腿肌肌肉剪切力显著低于对照组(P><0.05)。750、1000mg/kg艾蒿黄酮添加组肉鸡腿肌肌肉滴水损失显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,艾蒿黄酮可以提高肉鸡的生长性能,改善肉品质,以750mg/kg的添加量为宜。The experiment studied the effect of Artemisia flavone on growth performance and meat quality of broilers.240 1-day-old AA broilers were selected and divided into five groups,with six replicates in each group and eight broilers in each replicate. The experiment group added 0. 250.500、750 and 1.000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone to the broiler diets respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that at 22~42 d,0~42 d, the averagedaily feed intake of broilers in 500,750 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was significantly lower than that ofcontrol group(P<0.05).At 22~42 d, the average daily weight gain of broilers in 750 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The brightness (L^(*)) value of breast muscle of broilers in 500,750,1 000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01), and the redness (a^(*)) value of breast muscle of broilers in 750 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group has significant trend higher than that of the control group(P=0.05), the shear force of breast muscle of broilers in 1000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the drip loss in Artemisia flavone added group had significantly lower drip loss than the control group(P<0.05).The muscle L^(*) value of leg muscle of broilers in 750 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01), and the a^(*) valueof leg muscle of broilers in 500,750,1 000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was significantly higher than controlgroup (P<0.05),the shear force of leg muscle of broilers in 750,1 000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05), and the drip loss of leg muscle of broilers in 750, 1000 mg/kg Artemisia flavone added group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).
