摘 要:试验旨在探究微生物接种剂对玉米秸秆青贮品质和有氧稳定性的影响。试验以玉米秸秆为原料,分为4组。CK组为对照组,试验组MI-1、MI-2、MI-3分别添加戊糖片球菌+植入乳杆菌(1:1)、植物乳杆菌+乳酸片球菌(1:1)和戊糖片球菌+乳酸片球菌(1:1),每组6个重复,青贮60d。结果显示,添加微生物接种剂试验组青贮玉米秸秆pH值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙酸含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),氨态氮/总氮比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。MI-2组青贮玉米秸秆乙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。只有对照组检测出少量丁酸。添加微生物接种剂试验组青贮玉米秸秆乳酸菌含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),酵母菌、霉菌含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。添加微生物接种剂试验组青贮玉米秸秆有氧稳定性时间显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验表明,将微生物接种剂添加到玉米秸秆青贮中,可以降低pH值和丁酸含量,降低酵母菌和霉菌含量,提高乳酸含量和有氧稳定性,且MI-2组青贮玉米秸秆品质最优。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effects of microbial inoculants on the quality and aerobic stability of corn straw silage. In the experiment, corn straw was used as raw material and divided into four groups. CK group as control group, group Mi-1, Mi-2 and Mi-3 were added with Pediococcus pentosus+Lactobacillus implantans(1∶ 1), Lactobacillus plantarum+Pediococcus lactis(1∶ 1) and Pediococcus pentosus+Pediococcus lactis(1∶ 1)respectively, with 6 replicates in each group, silage for 60 d. The results showed that the pH value of corn straw silage in experimental group was significantly decreased than that of the control group(P<0.05), the lactic acid content was significantly increased than that of the control group(P<0.05), the propionic acid content was significantly decreased than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio was significantly decreased than that of the control group(P<0.05), only a small amount of butyric acid was detected in the control group. Compared with the control group, the lactic acid bacteria content of corn stalk silage in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content of yeast and mold in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the aerobic stability time of corn straw silage in experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding microbial inoculants to corn straw silage can reduce pH value and butyric acid content, reduce yeast and mold content, improve lactic acid content and aerobic stability, and the silage corn straw in Mi-2 group has the best quality.
