摘  要:以网购快递物流活动为出发点,着眼于研究快递企业的生态实践对生态系统进而对快递企业自身经济效益的影响。对网购快递生态物流流程进行分析,确定网购快递生态物流系统的边界、结构与层次,以及各成员对整体系统的输入与输出。运用系统动力学理论和方法,阐述整个系统以及各内部子系统之间的因果反馈机制。分别构建出物流经济性、物流流程、物流技术、物流服务以及物流生态贡献五个子系统的因果关系图,构建整体系统动力学模型,并从中提取单变量指标模型,同时根据输入数据和所编写方程进行系统动力学仿真分析,探索快递企业环保资金投入比例对物流关键指标运单数量的影响。Taking the logistics activities of online shopping and express delivery as the starting point, this paper focuses on the impact of the ecological practice of express delivery enterprises on the ecosystem and their own economic benefits. First of all, we analyzed the ecological logistics process of online shopping express, and determined its boundary, structure and level, as well as the input and output of each member to the overall system. Then, the causal feedback mechanism between the whole system and each internal subsystem was expounded by using the system dynamics theory and method. Five subsystems of causality diagram were constructed respectively, including logistics economy, logistics process, logistics technology, logistics services and logistics ecological contribution. On this basis, an overall system dynamics model was constructed and a univariate index model was extracted. Meanwhile, according to the input data and the written equation, the system dynamics simulation analysis was carried out to explore the impact of the proportion of environmental capital investment on the number of waybills, a key logistics index.
