摘 要:目的:分析不同水平冰壶运动员安静状态及投壶表象时的脑电信号特征及差异,为冰壶运动员专项技能训练的中枢机制提供理论参考。方法:选取高水平冰壶运动员(运动技术等级为健将级)与北京市某机构一般水平运动员(运动技术等级为二级或以下)各8名,对其闭眼安静和表象投壶状态下各脑区各频段脑电功率百分比进行测量、分析。结果:1)闭眼安静状态下,高水平冰壶运动员左侧大脑半球中央区(C3)、顶叶区(P3)和双侧大脑半球颞叶区(T3、T5、T6)α频段功率百分比明显高于一般水平冰壶运动员(P<0.05),而左侧大脑半球中央区(C3)、顶叶区(P3)、颞叶区(T3、T5)的θ和δ频段功率百分比,以及右侧大脑半球额叶区(Fp2)、颞叶区(T6)的θ频段和枕叶区(O2)、颞叶区(T6)的δ频段功率百分比明显低于一般水平冰壶运动员(P<0.05);2)闭眼表象时,高水平冰壶运动员右侧大脑半球额叶区(Fp2、F4)α频段功率百分比显著高于一般水平运动员,颞叶区(T4、T6)θ频段功率百分比显著低于一般水平冰壶运动员。3)闭眼表象时,高水平与一般水平冰壶运动员各脑区α频段功率百分比较闭眼安静状态呈下降趋势。结论:闭眼安静状态下高水平冰壶运动员左侧大脑半球中央区、顶叶区和双侧大脑半球颞叶区α频段功率百分比增大,左侧大脑半球中央区(C3)、顶叶区(P3)、颞叶区(T3、T5)的θ和δ频段功率百分比与右侧大脑半球额叶区(Fp2)和颞叶区(T6)θ频段功率百分比、枕叶区(O2)和颞叶区(T6)δ频段功率百分比较低。闭眼表象投壶动作时,高水平冰壶运动员右侧大脑半球激活明显,额叶区(Fp2、F4)α频段功率百分比较高,颞叶区(T4、T6)θ频段功率百分比较低。Objective To analyze characteristics and differences of the electroencephalograph(EEG)of curlers at different levels at rest and sports,so as to provide a theoretical reference for their training of special skills. Methods Eight high-level curlers and 8 average-level ones were recruited to measure and analyze the percentage of power of each brain area and frequency band at rest and sport. Results At the resting state with eyes closed,the relative power of α band in the left central(C3),parietal(P3) lobes and both sides of temporal lobes(T3,T5,T6) of high-level curlers was significantly higher than that of the average-level curling ones. Additionally,the relative powers of θ and δ bands in the left central,parietal and temporal lobes(C3,P3,T3,T5),and θ band in the right frontal and temporal lobes(Fp2,T6),and δ band in the right occipital and temporal lobes(O2,T6) were significantly lower than that of the latter. However,in the delivery imagery,the relative power of α band in the right frontal lobe(Fp2,F4) of the high-level curlers was significantly higher than the average-level ones,and the relative power of θ band in the temporal lobe(T4,T6) was significantly lower than the latter. Moreover,the relative power of α band at sports showed a downward trend compared with at rest with eyes closed for all athletes. Conclusion At rest with eyes closed,the relative power of α band in the central area of the left cerebral hemisphere,parietal and temporal lobes area of the bilateral cerebral hemispheres(C3,P3,T3,T5,T6) of the high-level curling athletes is significantly higher than that of the average-level ones,while the relative powers of θ and δ bands in the left central,parietal and temporal lobes(C3,P3,T3,T5),θ band in the right frontal and temporal lobes(Fp2,T6),δ band in the right occipital and temporal lobes(O2,T6) are significantly lower. In the delivery imagery, the right cerebral hemisphere of high-level curlers have obviously been activated,with the relative power of α band in the right frontal lob
