基于煤炭工况的煤炭推土机设计思路

摘　　要：介绍煤炭推土机高粉尘、高温、高磨损等工况特点,针对这些特点提出煤炭推土机设计改进思路,重点从铲刀、动力系统、散热系统、覆盖件、液压系统、行走系统及驾驶室等方面进行优化改进,即采用大容积U形铲、三级进气系统、水箱防护网及导风引流前护栅等结构,提高整机的工况适应性和舒适性。相关设计思路可为同类工程机械设计改进提供参考。The characteristics of high dust,high temperature,high wear and other working conditions of coal bulldozer are introduced.According to these characteristics,the design improvement ideas of coal bulldozer are proposed,focusing on optimization and improvement of blade,power system,heat dissipation system,covering parts,hydraulic system,running system and cab,this is,the use of large volume U-shaped shovel,threestage air intake system,water tank protection net and front guard of air guide and drainage improves the adaptability and comfort of the whole machine.The relevant design ideas can provide reference for the design improvement of similar construction machinery.
