摘  要:为了准确估算潜孔锤的破岩转矩,探究钻进转矩与其他钻进参数的相关性,对比分析潜孔锤破岩转矩的理论计算方法,采用ANS YS/Ls-dyna对潜孔锤球齿的破岩过程进行模拟,并通过工程实例的实测数据验证两种转矩计算模型与仿真分析的准确性。研究表明:潜孔锤的破岩转矩主要来自于球齿的剪切破岩阻力矩和孔底岩石与球齿的摩擦阻力矩;同时,潜孔锤转矩理论计算模型与实际转矩结果和仿真结果较为接近,且随推力和转速的变化趋势相同,结果较为精确,而经验公式只能反映潜孔锤直径与转矩的关系,计算结果变化范围较大,适用范围较为局限。In order to accurately estimate rock breaking torque of DTH hammer,explore correlation between drilling torque and other drilling parameters,and compare and analyze theoretical calculation method of rock breaking torque of DTH hammer,the rock breaking process of DTH hammer button is simulated by ANSYS/Ls-dyna,and the accuracy of two torque calculation models and simulation analysis is verified through measured data of engineering examples.The results show that rock breaking torque of DTH hammer mainly comes from shearing breaking resistance torque of button and friction resistance torque between rock at the bottom of hole and button;at the same time,the theoretical calculation model of DTH hammer torque is close to the actual torque results and simulation results,and has the same trend with the change of thrust and speed,and the results are more accurate,while the empirical formula can only reflect the relationship between DTH hammer diameter and torque with large variation range of calculation results and limited scope of application.
