摘  要:随着人民生活水平的不断提高及国家环保要求的日益严格,整个社会对环境卫生提出了更高要求,对道路清扫车的效率和清扫效果的要求也越来越高。基于道路清扫车气力输送系统优化过程,利用流体分析软件从系统风量、吸嘴结构、箱体结构、系统阻力、垃圾箱尘粒沉降、风机选型等方面提出气力输送系统优化思路,以提高道路清扫车效率。With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the increasingly severe situation of national environmental protection,the whole society puts forward higher requirements for environmental sanitation,and the requirements for efficiency and cleaning effect of pavement sweeping truck are also higher and higher.Based on optimization process of pneumatic conveying system of pavement sweeping truck,the optimization ideas of pneumatic conveying system are proposed by using fluid analysis software from the aspects of system air volume,nozzle structure,box structure,system resistance,dust sedimentation of dustbin and fan selection,so as to improve the efficiency of pavement sweeping truck.
