摘  要:液压驱动冷却风扇因其节能降噪的技术优势,已广泛应用在装载机等工程机械产品上,风扇转速对整个系统的散热能力有较大的影响。以某装载机液驱风扇转速偏低故障为例,采用故障树分析方法,分析和阐述问题排查点,得出故障原因为换向阀压力损失偏大,马达输出转矩减小,导致风扇转速降低。通过改装通流能力大压损小的换向阀提高了风扇转速,问题得到有效解决。Hydraulic cooling fan has been widely used in loader and other construction machinery because of its technical advantages of energy saving and noise reduction.The fan speed has a great impact on heat dissipation capacity of the whole system.Taking the low speed fault of a hydraulic fan of a loader as an example,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze and explain the troubleshooting points.The cause of the fault is that the pressure loss of the reversing valve is too large and the motor output torque decreases,leading to decrease of fan speed;through modification of reversing valve with large flow capacity and small pressure loss,the fan speed can be improved;it has certain reference value for troubleshooting of similar faults of loader.
