摘　　要：GB/T 25627—2010《工程机械动力换挡变速器》是目前工程机械行业变速器试验的主要依据标准。在依据该标准进行实际应用过程中,提出标准中对换挡冲击载荷系数的计算方法欠准确的问题。结合6挡动力换挡变速器台架试验,针对换挡冲击载荷系数的计算给出修正公式,并建议增加降挡和倒车过程的冲击载荷系数计算,以完整考核动力换挡变速器的动力学特性。GB/T 25627—2010 Construction machinery—Power-shift transmissions is the main basis standard for transmission test in construction machinery industry.In the process of practical application according to the standard,the problem that calculation method of shift impact load coefficient in this standard is not accurate is put forward.Combined with bench test of 6-speed power shift transmission,the correction formula is given for calculation of shift impact load coefficient,and it is recommended to increase calculation of impact load coefficient during downshift and reverse to fully evaluate the dynamic characteristics of power shift transmission.
