摘　　要：2021年经济增长前景乐观。而前提是,非洲国家有能力和意愿利用增长机会,同时努力应对风险。非洲大陆的区域组织和国家,需要实施审慎、务实和战略性政策。Africa’s economy contracted by 2.1 percent in 2020 largely as a result of the devastating effects of the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease(COVID-19)which was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on the 30th of January 2020 and later declared a global pandemic on the 11th of March 2020.Thus,the spread of the pandemic on the continent resulted in several national-level COVID-19 lockdown measures which disrupted normal economic activities,international trade,investments and supply chains.
