摘 要:农业生产过程中产生的大量农业废弃物成为我国现代化农业发展的一大制约。本文讨论了农业废弃物产量、现状、传统处置方式与利弊,选取了典型农业废弃物玉米秸秆,采用热解技术,通过管式炉热解装置调查了粒径与热解终温对玉米秸秆热解三相产物分布的影响。结果表明:热解终温的提高使玉米秸秆热解的产物中固体与液体产物含量占比下降,而气体含量大幅增加。热解产气中,二氧化碳和一氧化碳随着热解终温的升高逐渐减少,而可作为绿色可再生能源的氢气和甲烷呈现增长趋势,不仅环境友好性而且达到了对玉米秸秆的有效能源化利用。此外,玉米秸秆原料的粒径变化会造成可参与反应的表面积与堆积密度呈相反变化规律,故造成三相产物分布变化较小。The large amount of agricultural waste generated in the process of agricultural production has become a major constraint on the development of modern agriculture in China.In this study,a typical agricultural waste corn straw was taken as an example,and its current situation,traditional disposal methods,advantages and disadvantages were discussed.This study investigated the effects of particle size and pyrolysis temperature on the distribution of products of corn straw pyrolysis in a tube furnace.The results show that the increase of the pyrolysis temperature reduces the yields of solid and liquid products in the pyrolysis products of corn straw,while the gas content increases significantly.Moreover,in the gas product,carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide gradually decrease with the increase of the temperature of pyrolysis,while hydrogen and methane,which can be used as green and renewable energy sources,are showing an increasing trend,achieving effective energy utilization of corn straw while being environmentally friendly.In addition,the change of the particle size of the corn straw will cause the surface area and the bulk density to have opposite changes,hence,the product distribution change is not obvious.
