摘 要:通过分析影响舰机协同对海攻击作战效能的主要因素,确立基于能力的一级指标和基于性能的二级指标,以此构建舰机编组作战效能评估指标体系。采用AHP法确定各指标权重,通过基于指数法的作战效能计算模型对舰机协同对海攻击中的作战效能进行评估。结果表明,此方法可以相对科学合理地对编组作战效能进行良好评估,为作战编组效能评估提供新思路。Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the operational effectiveness of ship-to-sea cooperative attack,the first-level index based on capability and the second-level index based on performance are established to construct the operational effectiveness evaluation index system of warship formation. The weight of each index is determined by AHP method,and the operational effectiveness of ship-aircraft cooperative attack is evaluated by the operational effectiveness calculation model based on index method. The results show that this method can reasonably and scientifically evaluate the effectiveness of marshalling operations,and provide a new idea for the evaluation of the effectiveness of marshalling operations.
