儿童慢性湿疹外周血维生素D的检测分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清维生素D与儿童慢性湿疹的关系及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法:收集60例儿童慢性湿疹患者及60例健康儿童的血清,采用反相高效液相色谱荧光检测法检测其维生素D水平。将60例患者按照EASI评分法确定其严重程度,评分越高病情越重。结果:(1)慢性湿疹患儿血清维生素D水平为(17.05±4.24)ng/mL,健康对照组儿童为(20.13±5.45)ng/mL。(2)维生素D水平随EASI增加而减小(P=0.008,r=-0.338)。结论:(1)儿童慢性湿疹患儿的血清维生素D水平低于健康儿童。(2)血清维生素D水平与儿童慢性湿疹严重程度呈负相关关系。Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D and chronic eczema in children and its correlation with the severity of the disease.Methods:The serum of 60 children with chronic eczema and 60 healthy children were collected.The levels of vitamin D in the two groups were detected by RP-HPLC.The severity of 60 patients was determined according to EASI score,and the higher the score,the more serious the disease was.Results:①The level of serum vitamin D in children with chronic eczema was(17.05±4.24)ng/mL,and that in healthy control group was(20.13±5.45)ng/mL.②Vitamin D level decreased with the increase of EASI(P=0.008,r=-0.338).Conclusion:①The level of serum vitamin D in children with chronic eczema is lower than that in healthy children.②Serum vitamin D level was negatively correlated with the severity of chronic eczema in children.
