摘  要:"管理学基础"是管理类专业的专业基础课,具有较强的理论性。为提升教学质量、适应人才培养的需要,该课程教师一直以来都致力于课程改革的探索。但是随着时代的发展,社会对毕业生提出了更高的要求,如何让青年学生更有效地掌握和运用"管理学基础",原有的经验已不能满足"管理学基础"课程改革进一步的发展。拓展"管理学基础"课程改革以青少年服务力培养为导向,从课程教学设计理念、课程教学内容、课程教学方法、课程考核方式、授课质量评估方式等方面着手进行,将能力导向细化到青少年群体。The management basis is a professional basic curriculum for management majors, which has a strong theoretical nature. In order to improve the quality of teaching and meet the needs of talent training, the teachers of this curriculum have been committed to the exploration of curriculum reform. However, with the development of the times, the society has put forward higher requirements for graduates. How to enable young students to master and use "management basis" more effectively? The original experience can no longer meet the further development of "management basis" curriculum reform. The expansion of the curriculum reform of "management basis" can be guided by the cultivation of youth service ability, starting from the concept of curriculum design, curriculum teaching content, curriculum teaching methods, curriculum assessment methods, teaching quality assessment methods, etc., to make the ability orientation is detailed to the youth group.
