摘 要:目的探讨唾液污染对窝沟封闭剂微渗漏的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2020年4月于广东燕岭医院因正畸需要所拔除的122颗前磨牙作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组,每组各61颗。A组无唾液污染,B组有唾液污染,两组均窝沟使用釉质成形术法处理。比较两组微渗漏情况。结果A组微渗漏评分多为0分,其次为1分;B组微渗漏评分多为3分,其次为2分、1分,无0分;B组微渗漏评分为(13.74±1.15)分,高于A组的(1.11±0.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唾液污染会增加窝沟封闭剂微渗漏,临床治疗前需加强牙面清洁度处理,以减少窝沟封闭剂微渗漏现象发生。Objective To explore the influence of saliva contamination on microleakage of pit and fissure sealant.Methods A total of 122 premolars extracted to orthodontic need from January 2018 to April 2020 in Guangdong Yanling Hospital were selected as subjects.They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 61 teeth in each group.There was no saliva contamination in group A and saliva contamination in group B,and both groups had their socket sulci treated using an enamel forming procedure.Microleakage was compared between the two groups.Results The microleakage score of group A was mostly 0 points,followed by 1 point.In group B,the microleakage score was mostly 3 points,followed by 2 points,1 point,and no 0 points.The microleakage score in group B was(13.74±To 1.15)points,which was higher than that of group A(1.11±0.08)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Saliva contamination can increase the microleakage of the pit and fissure sealant.It is necessary to strengthen the cleanliness of the tooth surface before clinical treatment to reduce the occurrence of microleakage of the pit and fissure sealant.
