生物-心理-社会医学模式下的护理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察生物-心理-社会医学模式下的护理干预在双相情感障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月~2020年6月九江市第五人民医院精神科收治的80例双相情感障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用生物-心理-社会医学模式下的护理干预。比较两组干预前后的躁狂情况[倍克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)]及生活质量[生活质量量表(SF-36)]。结果干预前,两组的BRMS、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预45 d后,两组的BRMS评分均低于干预前,且观察组的BRMS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预45 d后,两组的SF-36各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组的SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物-心理-社会医学模式下的护理干预可减轻双相情感障碍患者的躁狂情况,提高患者的生活质量,值得使用。Objective To observe the application of nursing intervention under the model of bio-psycho-social medicine in patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder who were admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Fifth People′s Hospital of Jiujiang from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into control(n=40)and observation(n=40)groups using the random number table method.The control group was used routine nursing care,and the observation group was added nursing intervention under the biological-psychological-social medicine model on the basis of the control group.The manic state(Beck-Lafansen mania scale[BRMS])and quality of life(quality of life Scale[SF-36])of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in BRMS and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 45 days of intervention,the BRMS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the BRMS scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 45 days of intervention,the scores of SF-36 in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and the score of SF-36 in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under the bio-psycho-social medicine model can reduce the mania of patients with bipolar disorder and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of application.
