摘　　要：目的探讨康复操锻炼在促进妇科腹腔镜围术期患者快速康复的应用效果。方法选取赣州市肿瘤医院2018年1月~2020年1月收治的60例妇科腹腔镜术治疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用传统妇科腹腔镜围术期护理方法,观察组采用围术期康复操锻炼方法。比较两组的心理状态评分、术后机体恢复情况、住院时间、并发症发生情况及出院时护理满意度评分。结果两组术后转入病房时的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后10 d的SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、首次下床时间、恢复正常饮食时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院时的护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复操锻炼能改善妇科腹腔镜术围术期患者的心理状态,可缩短患者术后康复时间,还能降低并发症的发生风险,值得临床推荐。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation exercise in promoting the rapid recovery of gynecological laparoscopic perioperative patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group used traditional gynecological laparoscopic perioperative nursing methods,the observation group used perioperative rehabilitation exercise method.The psychological state score,postoperative body recovery,hospitalization time,complications and nursing satisfaction score at discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were compared,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first exhaust time of anus,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of returning to normal diet and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at discharge;the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise can improve the psychological state of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery,at the same time,can shorten the recovery time of patients,but also can reduce the risk of complications of patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
