次氯酸发生器生成的消毒液消毒效果与毒性研究

摘　　要：目的研究次氯酸发生器生成的消毒液杀菌效果与安全性,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法,对某次氯酸发生器生成的消毒液杀菌效果及其安全性进行观察。结果该次氯酸发生器生成的消毒液有效氯含量为60mg/L。以该消毒液原液作用1min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。用该消毒液喷洒并擦拭物体表面作用5min,对物体表面自然菌的杀灭对数值>1.00。消毒剂对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50值≥5000mg/(kg·bw),一次皮肤刺激试验属无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该次氯酸发生器产生的次氯酸消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌有良好的杀菌效果,属实际无毒级物质。Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficacy and safety of the disinfectant produced by hypochlorous acid generator and to provide guidance for practical application. Methods Using suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test,the germicidal efficacy and safety of the disinfectant produced by a certain hypochlorous acid generator were observed. Results The effective chlorine content of the disinfectant generated by the hypochlorous acid generator was60 mg/L. With the disinfectant stock solution acting for 1 min,the logarithmic values of killing Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the suspension were all > 5. 00;the logarithmic value of killing Candida albicans was > 4. 00. Using the disinfectant to spray and wipe the surface of objects for 5 min,the logarithmic value of killing natural bacteria on the surface of objects was > 1. 00. The LD50 value of acute oral toxicity test for mice was ≥5 000 mg/( kg·bw);the result of skin irritation test was non-irritating;the micronucleus test result of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes was negative. Conclusion The hypochlorous acid disinfectant generated by the hypochlorous acid generator has a good germicidal efficacy on bacterial propagules and fungi,and it is actually a non-toxic substance.
