摘  要:目的了解络合氯消毒液对内镜生物膜去除效果及其腐蚀性。方法采用人工生物膜和金属腐蚀性试验方法,对某络合氯消毒液清除内镜生物膜的效果及其腐蚀性进行观察。结果络合氯消毒液稀释液有效氯作用浓度≥50 mg/L作用5 min,对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜片上细菌杀灭对数值均>3.0。该消毒液连续使用14 d,其杀菌效果不变。络合氯消毒液原液对碳钢为重度腐蚀,铝为轻度腐蚀,铜和不锈钢基本无腐蚀。结论络合氯消毒液稳定性好,对铜和不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对铜绿假单胞菌人工生物膜清除效果较好。Objective To understand the effect of complex chlorine disinfectant on the removal of biofilms in the endoscope and its corrosiveness.Methods The artificial biofilm and metal corrosiveness experiment methods were used to observe the effect of a complex chlorine disinfectant on the removal of endoscopic biofilm and its corrosiveness.Results When the effective chlorine concentration of the diluent of the complexed chlorine disinfectant solution was≥50 mg/L and the action time reached 5 min,the killing logarithmic values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm was>3.00.The disinfectant had been used continuously for 14 d,and its disinfection effect remained unchanged.The complex chlorine disinfectant stock solution was severely corrosive to carbon steel,slightly corrosive to aluminum,and basically non-corrosive to copper or stainless steel.Conclusion The Complex chlorine disinfectant has good stability and basically no corrosion to copper and stainless steel,and has a better removal effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa artificial biofilm.
