摘  要:目的了解河南郑州市不同规模医疗机构住院患者感染病原菌分布及抗菌药物使用情况。方法通过横断面调查的方法,对郑州市40家不同规模医疗机构的住院患者标本病原菌检出及抗菌药物日使用情况进行调查与分析。结果共调查40家医疗机构32280例患者送检病原学标本检测结果,病原菌送检率为36.21%,共检出病原体1889株。在检出的1889株病原菌感染病例中,医院感染占13.50%,社区获得感染占86.50%。检出的多重耐药菌以耐碳青霉烯类革兰阴性菌为主。抗菌药物日使用率为31.91%,用药目的以治疗比例最高,以单药使用为主。结论郑州市医疗机构抗菌药物日使用率及结构较为合理,病原学标本送检率偏低。Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the use of antibiotics in hospitalized patients of different scale medical institutions in Zhengzhou,Henan.Methods Thw cross sectional survey was used to investigate and analyze the pathogenic detection in the specimens of inpatients and antibiotics daily use from 40 medical institutions of different sizes in Zhengzhou.Results A total of 32280 patients from 40 medical institutions were investigated for pathogenic specimens.The submission rate of pathogenic bacteria was 36.21%,and a total of 1889 pathogens were detected.Among the 1889 cases of pathogen infection detected,nosocomial infections accounted for 13.50%,and community-acquired infections accounted for 86.50%.The detected multidrug-resistant organisms were mainly carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacteria.The daily use rate of antibiotics was 31.91%,and therapy was the main purpose and the use of single drug was the main type.Conclusion The daily use rate and structure of antibiotics in medical institutions in Zhengzhou are reasonable,and the submission rate of pathogenic specimens is low.
