摘　　要：油气资源开发的遥感监测需要多维度整体解决方案,通过分析传统遥感监测油气资源开发过程中的弊端,设计构建了多源、多时相、多尺度遥感监测体系:InSAR技术开展开采区地面沉降、运输区地质灾害早期识别监测;高空间分辨率遥感影像及无人机遥感主要用于地质底图参照;多时相多光谱遥感影像进行遥感异常提取与分析;大数据调查构建“天空地”一体化监测预警数据库系统,旨在从遥感角度为油气矿山健康发展、油气资源开发宏观调控和后期矿山恢复治理提供解决方案,可更好服务于油气矿山的发展以及油气资源开发的监管。The construction of remote sensing monitoring system for oil and gas resources development needs a multi-dimensional whole solution plan.Based on the analysis of the disadvantage of traditional remote sensing monitoring in the process of oil and gas resources development,this paper has designed to construct a multi-source,multi-temporal and multi-scale remote sensing monitoring system.InSAR technology is used to carry out the early identification and monitoring of land subsidence in the mining area and geological disasters in the transportation area.The remote sensing image of high spatial resolution and UAV remote sensing data are mainly used for the reference of geological base map.Multi-temporal and multi-spectral remote sensing images are mainly used for remote sensing anomaly extraction and analysis.For the perspective of remote sensing,big data survey is applied to build a"sky and ground"integration monitoring and early warning database system for the purpose to provide a solution plan for the healthy development of oil and gas mineral resources,macro-controlling of oil and gas resources development,and later mine recovery and treatment,which can better serve the development and supervision of oil and gas mining areas.
