摘　　要：中医药防治疫病历史悠久,其中中药外治法具有简便、效果佳、环保及价低的特色,遵循中医药"不治已病治未病,不治已乱治未乱"的思想。中药外治法择法灵活、综合施治、标本兼顾的治疗特点尤其适用于服药依从性较差的儿童,且主要体现在后疫情时期预防与自身健康管理。本文将从中药外治法的临床应用、给药方法、现代研究及注意事项等方面进行分析和探讨,为当下后疫情时期及今后烈性传染病的中医药防治体系的构建与完善提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has a long history in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,the external treatment of TCM has the characteristics of simplicity,good effect,environmental protection and low price,which responds to the idea of preventive treatment of disease.The characteristics of flexible selection,comprehensive treatment and taking into account both symptoms and signs of external treatment of TCM are especially suitable for children with poor medication compliance,and mainly reflected in the prevention and self-health management in the post epidemic period.This article analyzed and discussed the clinical application,administration methods,modern research and matters needing attention of external treatment of TCM,so as to provide reference for the construction and improvement of TCM prevention and control system of malignant infectious diseases in the post epidemic period and in the future.
