摘　　要：2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情期间,我院药师参与了出凝血疾病患儿的药物治疗管理及中、长期用药宣教,效果良好。目前互联网平台较发达,对病情稳定的慢性血液病患儿提供线上药学服务,可有效降低交叉感染风险。本文就目前医疗实践中慢性病门诊现状,阐述我院药师COVID-19疫情期间开展慢性病用药宣教的方法及流程,评估宣教工作成效,总结相关经验,旨在为临床提供参考。During the outbreak of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)in our hospital,pharmacists in our hospital participated in the management of drug treatment and the medium and long term medication education in children with coagulation disorders,and the effect was good.At present,the internet platform is more developed,providing online pharmaceutical care for children with stable chronic blood diseases,which can effectively reduce the risk of cross infection.Based on the current situation of chronic disease outpatient service in medical practice,this paper expounded the methods and processes of chronic disease medication publicity and education carried out by pharmacists in our hospital during the epidemic period of COVID-19,evaluating the effectiveness of publicity and education,and summarizes relevant experience to provide reference for clinical practice.
