摘 要:为了探明不同鞋跟高度(0、30、60和90 mm)对内侧纵弓结构的影响,采用平面定点摄像法,针对24名女大学生(正常足、扁平足各12名)4种跟高状态下的内侧纵弓角,使用SPSS软件进行数据统计分析。与正常足组相比,在各跟高状态下扁平足组内侧纵弓角均明显增大(p<0.05);跟高从0 mm增至30 mm时,正常足组纵弓角小幅度减小,而扁平足组纵弓角显著增大(p<0.05);跟高从30 mm增至90 mm时,两组纵弓角均显著缩小(p<0.05),鞋跟高度与纵弓角存在显著线性关系。30 mm跟高是正常足与扁平足内侧纵弓结构与功能改变的临界点,为女高跟鞋结构设计提供参考。To study the effects of different heel heights(0 mm,30 mm,60 mm and 90 mm)on the medial longitudinal arch structure,the medial arch angles of 24 young female college students(12 with normal feet and 12 with flatfeet)were collected with a fixed-point camera.The data was analyzed with SPSS software.Results show that the medial longitudinal arch angles of the flat foot group increase significantly(p<0.05)compared with the normal foot group in each heel height condition.When the heel height increases from 0 mm to 30 mm,the medial longitudinal arch angles of the normal foot group decrease slightly,while that of the flat foot group increase significantly(p<0.05).When the heel height increases from 30 mm to 90 mm,the medial longitudinal arch angles decrease significantly in both groups(p<0.05),and each shows a significant linear relationship between the heel height and the medial longitudinal arch angles.A 30 mm height heel is a critical point at which the medial longitudinal arch structure induces changes in foot function.The results of the study provide a reference for the structural design of female high heel shoes.
