摘  要:环氧胶粘剂是建筑加固中不可或缺的一类材料。对于压注型胶粘剂,黏度是一个极其重要的工艺指标。同时热变形温度又是一个必不可少的材料性能指标,通过调整稀释剂的用量改变胶粘剂黏度以及热变形温度的变化。本文主要研究了稀释剂种类与同类稀释剂用量对于胶粘剂黏度与热变形温度的影响,得出稀释剂添加量不宜超过A组分用量的15%,且单官能度的稀释剂对于黏度与热变形温度影响更为明显。经分析数据得出,同固化体系下,黏度与热变形温度存在正相关关系,为合理的设计胶粘剂提供思路。Epoxy adhesives is indispensable material in building reinforcement.Viscosity is a very important process index for press-injection adhesives.At the same time,thermal deformation temperature is an essential material performance index.The viscosity and thermal deformation temperature of the adhesives can be changed by adjusting the amount of diluent.This paper mainly studied the influence of the type of diluent and the dosage of similar diluent on the viscosity and hot deformation temperature of adhesives.It was concluded that the dosage of diluent should not exceed 15%of the dosage of component A,and the single functional diluent had more obvious influence on the viscosity and thermal deformation temperature.After analyzing the data,it is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the viscosity and the thermal deformation temperature in the same curing system,which provides an idea for the rational design of adhesives.
