摘 要:化工机械设备经常长时间、高负载工作,容易出现各种故障问题,提高其安全运行,有助于提高生产效率、降低经济损失、减少人员伤亡情况等。文章通过使用模糊推理方法对化工机械设备进行安全评价,目的在于能够及时发现化工机械设备的故障问题。文章首先对模糊推理方法进行简介,然后分析化工机械设备运行中使用模糊推理方法进行安全评价的步骤,最后以往复压缩机作为研究对象,使用模糊推理方法进行实例分析,研究表明,最后得到的安全评价结果和实际结果一致,从而证实模糊推理方法在化工机械设备安全评价中具有可行性。Chemical machinery and equipment often work for a long time and under high load,and are prone to various failures.Improving their safe operation can help improve production efficiency,reduce economic losses,and reduce casualties.The paper uses fuzzy reasoning method to evaluate the safety of chemical machinery and equipment,the purpose is to be able to find the fault of chemical machinery and equipment in time.The paper first introduces the fuzzy inference method,and then analyzes the steps of using the fuzzy inference method for safety evaluation in the operation of chemical machinery and equipment.Finally,the reciprocating compressor is used as the research object,and the fuzzy inference method is used for instance analysis.The research shows that the final safety evaluation results are consistent with the actual results,which proves that the fuzzy reasoning method is feasible in the safety evaluation of chemical machinery and equipment.
