摘 要:建立了燃气发生器内弹道数学模型和无人潜航器上浮的环形浮囊有限元模型,采用LS-DYNA软件以控制体积法对浮囊的燃气充气展开过程进行了模拟研究,分析了深度、喷嘴管径、装药量对浮囊展开过程的影响。结果表明:深度与浮囊充气时间呈正相关关系;喷嘴管径和装药量与浮囊充气时间呈负相关关系,该结果能为浮囊的设计与应用提供依据。A mathematical model of the internal ballistics of the gas generator was established,and the finite element model of the annular floating bag of unmanned underwater vehicle(UUV)was established.Then,based on the control volume method,LS-DYNA software was deployed to carry out a simulation study on the gas-filled expansion of the floating bag,and the influence of depth,nozzle diameter,and charge on the deployment process of the floating bag were analyzed.The results show that the depth is directly proportional to the inflation time,and the nozzle diameter and charge are inversely proportional to the inflation time,which provides a basis for the design and application of the floating bag.
