摘 要:采用三项式点火增长模型描述固体推进剂,进行不同高度下的落锤仿真,并修改模型参数使推进剂药片钝化,进行相同高度下的落锤仿真。仿真中落锤的高度根据固体推进剂的特性落高试验测得的感度值而确定。仿真结果和特性落高试验结果一致,落锤从一定高度下落撞击推进剂,推进剂恰好爆炸。且推进剂参数钝化后无法爆炸,证明该参数为控制推进剂的敏感参数。该方法可适用于不同型号的炸药、火药及固体推进剂,得到的仿真模型参数准确可靠,可用于后续跌落、碰撞及枪击安全性研究。A trinomial ignition growth model was used to describe the propellant,and the drop weight simulation at different heights was performed,and the model parameters were modified to make the propellant tablets be passivated,and the drop weight simulation at the same height was performed.The height of the drop weight in the simulation was determined according to the sensitivity value measured by the drop height test of the characteristics of the solid propellant.The simulation results are consistent with the results of the characteristic drop height test.The drop hammer hits the propellant from a certain height,and the propellant just explodes.And the propellant parameter cannot explode after passivation,which proves that this parameter is a sensitive parameter that controls whether the propellant explodes.The method can be applied to different types of explosives,gunpowder and solid propellants,and the obtained simulation model parameters are accurate and reliable,and can be used for subsequent safety studies of drops,collisions and gunshots.
