摘 要:为开展舰炮弹药对舰船结构的毁伤效果评估,利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,建立了2个不同尺寸、上下连接的舱室模型,以不同起爆顺序分别在上下舱室对同等当量的装药爆炸进行数值仿真分析,模拟相邻舱室在遭受不同打击次序的舰炮弹药攻击时,内爆对舰船结构所产生的破坏效果。研究结果表明,舰炮武器对舰船进行攻击时,针对不同空间大小组合的舱室结构,不同的打击次序具有不同的毁伤效果;如果先行攻击主甲板以上空间较小的舱室,再打击下层空间较大的舱室,以舱室破裂的程度衡量,该打击次序的毁伤效果相对较好;装药先在容积较小的舱室中爆炸时,能量对舱室破坏的贡献率相对较高。Utilizing the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,a two-cabins model with different size and upper-and-lower conjunction for the assessment of structure-damage caused by naval gun ammunition multiple internal blasting was built-up.Based on the exact same initial conditions,this research used same blasting parameters in upper and lower cabins for simulation experiments separately,to simulate the scenario that the naval gun ammunition attacked warship cabins and corresponding internal blasting effect on the structures.The results showed that attacking sequence was vital to the damage effects in different conditions,in the case that the first blasting took place in the upper-and-smaller cabin,the damage effect was better,that also meant the explosion energy had bigger damage effect on the structures and the strike had better result.
