摘 要:通过数值模拟和理论分析,研究裂缝参数对太阳能储热圆棒混凝土热性能的影响,主要包括裂缝的形状、圆心角、宽度和位置,给出放热过程的裂缝温差变化,通过拟合函数定量分析裂缝参数与热应力的关系,确定裂缝参数的安全范围。结果表明:随着放热的进行,弧状裂缝和弦状裂缝的温差均呈现先快速增长后逐渐降低的趋势;温差与圆心角、宽度和位置整体上呈正相关性。给出的裂缝参数的安全范围可为预防太阳能储热混凝土损坏提供参考。Effects of the following crack parameters on the thermal performance of a round bar concrete for solar thermal storage were researched through numerical simulation and theory analysis,such as the shape,center angle,width and position,while the changes of temperature differences of cracks during discharging heat process were given.Quantitative analyses were conducted on the relationship of thermal stress and each parameter by function fitting,so as to obtain the safety operation range of crack parameters.Results show that both of the temperature differences of arc-and chord-shaped cracks increase rapidly at first and then decrease gradually during discharging heat progress,and the temperature difference has a positive relationship with the center angle,width and position of cracks in generally.The obtained safety operation range of crack parameters can serve as a reference for the prevention of the damage of the solar thermal storage concrete.
