管式空气预热器漏风原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：对海外某电厂管式空气预热器漏风管道进行取样,采用化学成分分析、微观金相分析及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)/能谱仪(EDS)分析等方法分析了漏风原因。结果表明:漏风是由低温腐蚀造成的;采用耐腐蚀性材料、增加旁路风道等改进措施可以降低低温腐蚀的风险。Broken pipe samples of tubular air preheater from an overseas power plant were tested by chemical composition analysis,metallography analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)/energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis to identify the reasons for air leakage.The air leakage is caused by low-temperature corrosion and can be inhibited by corrosion-resistant materials and bypass air ducts.
