摘  要:针对某火电厂烟塔合一钢结构间接空气冷却塔,结合光栅阵列传感技术与分布式控制系统,建立温度监测系统,并运用该系统对冷却塔温度进行监测。结果表明:冷却三角表面温度在10~50℃,系统运行安全,但同时存在温度分布不均匀现象,最大温度差在10 K以上;温度监测系统运行试运行期间效果良好,可实现智能化控制。Taking a steel indirect air-cooling tower integrated with chimney in a thermal power plant as the research object,combined with the grating array sensing technology and the distributed control system,a temperature monitoring system was established to monitor the temperature of the air-cooling tower.Results show that the surface temperature of cooling triangle is within 10-50℃,and the system can operate safely;while the temperature distributes unevenly at the same time,and the maximum temperature difference is more than 10 K.The temperature monitoring system presents a good effect during trial operation,which can realize the intelligent control.
