摘  要:酒钢镜铁山矿分为桦树沟预选矿和黑沟矿,矿石性质差异较大。其中黑沟矿因地质成因关系I、Ⅱ期采场及Ⅱ期南翼和北翼CaO含量差别较大,当采掘关系失调或配矿不均时,对选矿生产尤其是弱磁系统影响较大。通过对黑沟矿中铁白云石性质及磁化焙烧后选别特性研究、CaO与各指标相关性分析等手段,并结合生产实际研究黑沟矿CaO含量对弱磁系统的影响规律,制定应对措施,以达到降低选比、提高金属回收率的目的。JISCO Jingtieshan mine can be divided into Huashugou preconcentration mine and Heigou mine,and their ore properties are quite different.Among them,due to geological origin,the CaO content between Stage I and Stage II stope and CaO content between South and North wings in Stage II of Heigou mine is quite different.When the relation between mining and excavating is out of balance or ore proportioning is uneven,it has a great impact on mineral processing production,especially on low-intensity magnetic system.Based on the study of the properties of ankerite and its separation characteristics after magnetic roasting in Heigou mine,the study of correlation analysis of CaO and various indexes,and the study on influence law of CaO content on low-intensity magnetic system of Heigou mine combing with actual production,this paper formulates corresponding measures to reduce the separation ratio and improve the metal recovery.
