摘　　要：肺纤维化是一种致命性的肺部疾病,以肌成纤维细胞异常活化、细胞外基质过度积聚、肺瘢痕形成为主要特征。当前新型冠状病毒肺炎重型患者主要表现为肺纤维化,如何阻断、治疗肺纤维化并对抗COVID-19是目前急需解决的难题。本文从中医角度对肺纤维化病因、病机、临床分型、治则进行探讨,并根据证型和治则整理归纳一系列在临床和实验中证实具有抗纤维化潜能的中药复方、单方、有效成分及有效部位,并对其功效、机制及现代药理研究进行了阐述。为进一步探索治疗肺纤维化中药和治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎提供了理论基础和参考。Pulmonary fibrosis is a fatal lung disease characterized by abnormal activation of myofibroblasts, excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix, and lung scarring formation. At present, the pulmonary fibrosis is mainly manifested in severe COVID-19 patients. How to block and treat pulmonary fibrosis and COVID-19 is a problem that needs to be urgently solved. In this article, the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical classification, and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis were discussed from the perspective of Traditional Chinese medicine. According to the syndrome types and treatment rules, a series of potential anti-fibrosis Chinese medicine prescription, single herb, active ingredients and effective parts were summarized in clinical and experimental studies. The efficacy, mechanism and modern pharmacological research were also described. It provides a theoretical basis and reference for further exploration of natural medicines for the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis associated with COVID-19.
