摘　　要：基于FOLIO平台进行高校图书馆智慧服务平台研究,将有助于高校图书馆探索智慧服务方案,增添"智慧"色彩,实现服务平台升级。文章首先梳理了关于下一代图书馆服务平台的国内外研究现状,总结剖析了FOLIO平台模块化、互操作性、灵活性、扩展性的技术特征和系统生态性、资源开放性、服务个性化、价值共创性的人文特征,分析了FOLIO平台应用于高校图书馆服务的可行性,进而创新性地构建了基于FOLIO平台的高校图书馆智慧服务平台架构,并以用户接入层、服务应用层、业务处理层、技术支持层、数据资源层协同支撑平台开展兼具人文特性的智慧服务,助推智能时代的高校图书馆实现服务转型和特色突破。The research on the smart service platform of university libraries based on the FOLIO platform will help university libraries explore smart service plans, add "wisdom" colors, and achieve service platform upgrades.The article first sorts out the domestic and foreign research status of the next-generation library service platforms, summarizes and analyzes the technical characteristics of the FOLIO platform’s modularity, interoperability, flexibility, and scalability, as well as the humanistic characteristics of system ecology, resource openness, service personalization and value co-creation, analyzes the feasibility of applying the FOLIO platform to university library services, and then innovatively builds a university library smart service platform architecture based on the FOLIO platform, and uses a collaborative support platform including the user access layer, service application layer, the business processing layer, the technical support layer, and the data resource layer to develop intelligent services with human characteristics, and help academic libraries in the intelligent era realize service transformation and characteristic breakthroughs.
