国外高校图书馆预借投递服务实践与启示

摘　　要：技术的变革使得越来越多的高校图书馆将重心从采购资源的管理转向为读者提供服务和支持,实施预借投递服务是高校图书馆转换思维、提高服务意识、创新服务模式的必然要求。运用网络调查的方法,调查U.S.News世界大学排名中前50的大学图书馆网站,并在EBSCO ASU、Taylor&Francis期刊数据库、SSCI中检索相关研究文献,分析和归纳这些高校图书馆在预借投递服务实践方面的经验,为国内高校图书馆开展相关服务提供参考建议。从服务对象、流程管理、投递系统三个方面、九个要素,对国外各高校图书馆预借投递服务调研结果进行总结归纳。基于国外成功实践经验,我国高校图书馆在开展预借投递服务的过程中应根据实际情况,从业务设计、实施路径、投递系统、服务推广等方面着手。With the change of technology, more and more university libraries turn their focus from the management of purchasing resources to providing services and support for readers.The implementation of express delivery service is an inevitable requirement for university libraries to change their thinking, improve their service awareness, and innovate their service mode.Using the method of network survey, this paper investigates the top 50 university library websites in U.S.News, and searches the relevant research literature in EBSCO ASU,Taylor & Francis and SSCI,analyzes and summarizes the experience and characteristics of these university libraries in the practice of express delivery service, so as to provide reference and suggestions for domestic university libraries to carry out relevant services.According to the survey results, this paper summarizes the express delivery services of foreign university libraries from three aspects and nine elements, including service object, process management and delivery system.Based on the successful experience of foreign countries, in the process of launching such services, Chinese university libraries should start from the aspects of business design, implementation path, delivery system and service promotion according to the actual situation.
