摘　　要：目的探究SPECT/CT骨显像在骨转移瘤中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年5月-2020年5月收治的240例281处不典型病灶加做SPECT及同部位的CT检查,参考骨显像和CT检查对不典型病灶实施良性病灶、转移瘤及不确定可疑病灶的诊断,分析SPECT/CT骨显像在骨转移瘤中的应用价值。结果240例共检出281处病灶,其中SPECT检出良性病灶131个,恶性病灶130个,其中有20个可疑病灶没有明确诊断;CT检出良性病灶61个,恶性病灶100个,其中有120个可疑病灶没有明确诊断,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论SPECT/CT骨显像在骨转移瘤中具有极高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of SPECT/CT bone imaging in bone metastases.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,240 cases of 281 atypical lesions were selected for CT examination of SPECT of the same site.Reference bone imaging and CT examination were used to diagnose benign lesions,metastatic tumors and uncertain suspicious lesions,analyze the application value of SPECT/CT bone imaging in bone metastases.Results A total of 281 lesions were detected in 240 patients,including 131 benign lesions and 130 malignant lesions,of which 20 were not clearly diagnosed,61 were benign lesions and 100 were malignant lesions CT detected,of which 120 were not clearly diagnosed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion SPECT/CT bone imaging has high application value in bone metastases.
