解毒泄浊益肾汤治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性

摘　　要：目的探究痛风性关节炎患者服用解毒泄浊益肾汤治疗的有效性及安全性。方法抽取2019年2月-2020年2月入我院收治的70例痛风性关节患者作为研究对象,将其随机分两组,各35例,观察组与对照组分别采取解毒泄浊益肾汤和常规西药治疗,对比两组患者的尿酸、C反应蛋白、血沉、尿素氮、肌酐指标以及不良反应出现情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的血液和尿液指标差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组患者的指标恢复效果更好,不良反应出现的情况更少,数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解毒泄浊益肾汤在治疗痛风性关节炎时,效果以及安全性较高,对患者有利,要重视。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Jiedu Xiezhou Yishen Decoction in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,70 patients with gouty joints were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases each.The observation group and the control group were treated with Jiedu Xiezhuo Yishen decoction and conventional western medicine respectively.The uric acid,C reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,urea nitrogen,creatinine index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood and urine indexes between the two groups.After treatment,the index recovery effect of the observation group was better,the adverse reactions appeared less,and the data were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of gouty arthritis,Jiedu Xiezhuo Yishen Decoction has high efficacy and safety,which is beneficial to the patients.Attention should be paid.
