胃十二指肠溃疡继发消化道出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析胃十二指肠溃疡继发消化道出血采用泻心汤合十灰散的疗效。方法我院2016年3月-2018年10月确诊并收治的122例胃十二指肠溃疡继发急性消化道出血患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组61例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,并应用生长抑素配合兰索拉唑进行治疗。研究组在对照组基础上应用中药汤剂泻心汤合十灰散治疗。对比两组治疗前后中医证候积分、呕血停止时间、大便隐血转阴时间、住院时间、临床疗效。结果研究组治疗后中医证候积分改善幅度、呕血停止时间、大便隐血转阴时间、住院时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃十二指肠溃疡继发消化道出血采用泻心汤合十灰散可改善患者症状体征,促进病情的恢复,疗效确切。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xiexin Decoction combined with Shihui powder on gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods From March 2016 to October 2018,122 patients with acute gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to gastroduodenal ulcer were divided into study group and control group according to the method of random number table,61 in each group.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and somatostatin combined with lansoprazole.The study group was treated with Xiexin Decoction combined with Shihui powder on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,emesis stop time,fecal occult blood turn negative time,hospitalization time and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement of TCM syndrome score,emesis stop time,fecal occult blood transit time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiexin Decoction combined with Shihui powder can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with gastrointestinal bleeding secondary to gastroduodenal ulcer,and promote the recovery of the disease.
