摘　　要：余姚泗门是浙江榨菜传统优势产区,近年来泗门榨菜产业价值、品牌影响力迅速提升,但面临着劳动力紧缺、市场竞争力徘徊不前等困境。利用好产业融合发展、数字化技术革新等政策新导向助力榨菜产业向高质高效目标跨越,成为泗门乡村产业振兴时代新课题。Simen town is the traditional advantageous producing area of Zhejiang mustard.In recent years,the industrial value and brand influence of Simen mustard have improved rapidly,but it is facing difficulties such as labor shortage and weak market competitiveness.How to make good use of new policy guidance,such as industrial integration development and digital technology innovation to help mustard industry leap to the goal of high quality and high efficiency has become a new topic in the era of rural industry revitalization in Simen.
