摘  要:为研究典型草原克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)自身功能性状对不同改良措施(切根、围栏封育)的响应规律,给退化草原改良恢复提供科学依据。于2018年生长旺盛期测定了其在不同改良措施下的植株高度、丛幅、叶数、整丛地上干重、总茎质量、总叶质量、总叶面积、茎叶比、叶干物质含量、比叶面积等10种性状指标。结果表明,切根和围栏封育均显著提高了克氏针茅整丛地上干重、总茎质量、总叶质量(P<0.05)。此外,切根处理后克氏针茅叶数、总叶面积和茎叶比亦较自由放牧(对照)显著增加(P<0.05)。不同性状对改良措施响应的敏感性具有差异,叶干物质含量、比叶面积为切根处理的惰性性状,丛幅、植株高度、比叶面积为围栏封育处理的惰性性状。切根和围栏封育样地克氏针茅植株地上干重与总茎质量、叶数、总叶质量具有极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01);其个体地上生物量与茎叶比仅在围栏封育处理下存在显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。在增加植株地上干重方面,切根优于围栏封育。The response of functional traits of Stipa krylovii to different improvement methods(root cutting and natural recovery)was studied in the present research to provide a scientific basis for the improvement and restoration of degraded grassland.During the growth period in 2018,different improvement methods were applied to S.krylovii,in which ten functional traits were measured,including plant height(PL),canopy coverage(CC),leaf number(LA),aboveground biomass(AB),total stem weight(TSW),total leaf weight(TLW),total leaf area(TLA),stem/leaf ratio(SLR),leaf dry matter content(LDMC)and specific leaf area(SLA).The results showed that root cutting and nutural recovery significantly increased the AB,TSW and TLW of whole clump of S.krylovii(P<0.05).In addition,LA,TLA and SLR were also significantly increased under nutural recovery treatment compared with those of the grazing recovery(CK)(P<0.05).The sensitivity of different functional traits to improvement methods was different,in which LDMC and SLA were the inert trait of root cutting treatment,and CC,PL and SLA were the inert traits of nuturul recovery treatment.AB of S.krylovii in root cutting and nuturul recovery plots had an extremely significant positive correlation with LA,TSW and TLW(P<0.01).A significant positive correlation between AB and SLA was only found in the nuturul recovery plot(P<0.05).In terms of increasing AB of plants,root cutting was better than nuturul recovery.
