摘  要:选择额济纳荒漠3个典型红砂群落作为样地,通过测定土壤盐分含量、红砂体内盐分含量及叶片的泌盐量,分析红砂的泌盐特征及其与土壤盐分状况、红砂体内盐分含量的关系。结果表明:样地土壤、红砂体内及分泌的主要盐分离子为K^(+)、Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-),样地土壤中阳离子Na+和Ca^(2+)含量较高,阴离子SO_(4)^(2-)含量高于Cl^(-)含量;土壤盐分含量越高,红砂体内盐分含量越高;红砂根、茎、叶盐分含量表现为:叶>茎>根;红砂叶片泌盐量表现为上午高于下午,盐分离子的分泌速率为白天较夜间高;红砂叶片Na^(+)分泌量较高,红砂各部位Na^(+)/K^(+)远低于土壤,较低的Na^(+)/K^(+)对于保持细胞膜系统的完整性和维持生命代谢活动具有关键作用。In this experiment,three typical Reaumuria soongorica communities in Ejina desert were selected as sampling sites.Soil salinity,salt content in R.soongorica plant and the salt secretion of leaves were determined to analyze the salt secretion characters of R.soongorica and its relationship with soil salinity and salt content in R.soongorica plant.The results showed that K^(+),Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Cl^(-),and SO_(4)^(2-) were the main salt ions in soil of sampling sites and plant of R.soongorica.The content of Na^(+)and Ca^(2+)in the soil was higher,the content of SO_(4)^(2-) was higher than that of Cl^(-),the higher the soil salinity,the higher the salt content in R.soongorica plant,the salt contents in root,stem,and leaf of R.soongorica were ranked as:leaf>stem>root.The salt secretion of R.soongorica leaves in the morning was higher than that in the afternoon,and the salt ion secretion rate in the daytime was higher than that in the night.The Na+secretion of R.soongorica leaves was higher,and the Na^(+)/K^(+)ratio in R.soongorica was much lower than that in soil,and the lower Na^(+)/K^(+)ratio played a key role in maintaining the integrity of cell membrane system and life metabolic of R.soongorica.
