PDCA循环法在患者静脉输液化疗管理中的应用和评价

摘　　要：评价PDCA循环法在患者静脉输液化疗维护中的管理效果。采用便利抽样法,选择莆田学院附属医院胃肠外科132名进行静脉输液化疗的住院患者为研究对象,采用数字随机法分组,对照组和实验组各66名。对照组采用静脉输液化疗护理常规,实验组采用PDCA循环法静脉输液化疗处理流程。实验组的导管维护合格率为97.0%,高于对照组的80.3%(P<0.05);在局部并发症发生率上,实验组6.1%,低于对照组的25.8%(P<0.05);在护理满意度上,实验组(97.0%)高于对照组(87.9%)(P<0.05)。采用PDCA循环法,导管维护的合格率以及患者的满意度都得到了明显的提升,局部并发症的发生也明显减少,进一步提高了患者静脉输液化疗操作的规范性及安全性,确保了治疗的顺利进行。To evaluate the effective management of the PDCA Circulation Method on the maintenance of intravenous chemotherapy patients,a total of 132 hospitalized patients receiving intravenous chemotherapy treatment in Gastrointestinal Surgery Department in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University are selected as the research objects by convenience sampling.The digital random grouping method is adopted with 66 patients in the control group and 66 in the experimental group respectively.The control group is treated by general intravenous chemotherapy nursing routine,while the experimental group is treated by intravenous chemotherapy supported by the PDCA Circulation Method.The qualified rate of catheter maintenance in the experimental group is 97.0%,which is higher than 80.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The local complication rate in the experimental group 6.1%is lower than 25.8%in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the experimental group reaches 97.0%,again higher than 87.9%in the control group(P<0.05).After the application of the PDCA Circulation Method,the qualified rate of venous catheter maintenance,the incidence of local complications and patients satisfaction rate have been improved obviously.The standardization and safety of intravenous chemotherapy treatment have improved,which help to ensure the smooth treatment of cancer patients.
