摘  要:研究混合现实(MR)技术与3D打印个性化导板辅助骶髂关节置钉在骨科临床中的应用。随机将80例骨盆后环损伤患者分为研究组(MR技术与3D打印个性化导板辅助)与传统组(传统手术方式)各40例,分别行骶髂关节置钉手术。结果显示:在螺钉术后尾向偏角(SA)、外向偏角(TA)、长度上与术前预设相比,研究组无差异(P>0.05),传统组存在差异(P<0.05);与传统组相比,研究组出血量、透视次数、置入时间少,并发症发生率、术后VAS评分低(P<0.05);在Matta标准评分、Majeed功能评分上两组无差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:基于MR技术与3D打印个性化导板辅助骶髂关节置钉,螺钉置入位置满意、安全性高、疗效好。This paper studies the application of the mixed reality and 3D-printed guide plate in assisting sacroiliac joint screw placement.80 patients with sacroiliac complex injury are randomly divided into the study group(n=40)and the traditional group(n=40).Sacroiliac joint screw placement is performed respectively in the study group which applies the mixed reality and 3D-printed customized guide plate and the traditional group that receives the preoperative X-ray examination and then a surgery.Research results indicate that compared with the preoperative predicted values,the study group shows no difference(P>0.05)while the traditional group shows deviations(P<0.05)in terms of the sagittal angle(SA),transverse angle(TA),and length of the nails after surgery.Compared with the traditional group,the bleeding volume,the frequency of X-ray and nail placement time in the study group are sharply reduced,and both the complication rate and postoperative VAS(visual analogue scale)scores are lower(P<0.05).There are no significant differences between the two groups in Matta score and Majeed function score(P>0.05).It has been clinically proven that the mixed reality and 3D-printed customized guide plate shows satisfactory screw position,high safety and good efficacy.
