政府补助与可再生能源企业创新效率:内部治理的影响作用

摘　　要：推动可再生能源企业创新效率的提高解决当前可再生能源产业发展问题,实现绿色可持续发展具有重要意义。企业作为创新主体,不同产业企业发展具有不同特点。本文研究了2011-2017年期间企业内部治理因素对企业创新效率的影响,使用门槛回归方法实证分析了政府补助对可再生能源企业创新效率的影响区间,以及内部治理因素对政府补助效果的作用。研究发现:政府补助对可再生能源企业创新效率的影响呈现正“U”形关系,但大部分企业所获政府补助水平位于左侧,因此政府要严格补助对象,企业要提高自主创新能力。高度集中的股权分配对不利于创新效率的提高,合理的激励机制能推动企业创新发展,其中短期激励能推动政府补助积极作用的实现。Promoting the innovation efficiency of renewable energy enterprises is of great significance to solve the current problems of renewable energy industry development and realize green and sustainable development.As the main body of innovation,enterprises in different industries have different characteristics.This paper studies the impact of internal governance factors on innovation efficiency of enterprises from 2011 to 2017,and empirically analyzes the influence range of government subsidies on innovation efficiency of renewable energy enterprises and the role of internal governance factors on the effect of government subsidies.The results show that the impact of government subsidies on the innovation efficiency of renewable energy enterprises presents a positive U-shaped relationship,but most companies can’t get high subsidies,so the government should strictly require the recipients,and enterprises should improve the ability of independent innovation.Highly centralized equity distribution is not conducive to the improvement of innovation efficiency,while reasonable incentive mechanism can promote the innovation and development of enterprises,in which short-term incentive can promote the realization of the positive role of government subsidies.
