硫酸镁与氨茶碱联合治疗小儿哮喘的有效性和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析硫酸镁与氨茶碱联合治疗小儿哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法:本研究共84例研究对象,均为小儿哮喘患儿,其中42例行硫酸镁结合氨茶碱治疗的患儿列为研究组,另外42例给予氨茶碱治疗的患儿列为对照组,所有研究对象均选自2018年4月—2020年4月。比较两组患儿的相关症状消退时间,统计治疗前后的血清炎症因子和肺功能指标改善情况,观察不良反应。结果:在咳嗽消退时间、喘息消退时间、肺部喘鸣音消退时间上,研究组短于对照组(P<0.05)。在血清IL-2、IL-5、IFN-γ上,研究组与对照组差异明显(P<0.05)。在FVE1、FVC、FVE1/EVC上,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,研究组9.52%低于对照组23.81%(P<0.05)。结论:小儿哮喘患儿采取硫酸镁配合氨茶碱治疗的效果较好,能够减少不良反应的发生,值得在临床加大推广力度。Objective:to analyze the efficacy and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with aminophylline in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods:84 subjects were studied in this study,all of them were children with asthma,42 of whom were treated with magnesium sulfate and aminophylline as the study group,and 42 children who were treated with aminophylline were included as control group,all of them were selected from April 2018 to April 2020.The time of the symptom regression was compared between the two groups,the improvement of serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment was statistically analyzed.Results:the study group was shorter than the control group in the time of cough,breath and lung wheezing(P<0.05).The difference between the study group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the study group was higher than the control group on fve1,FVC and fve1/evc(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.52%in the study group than that in the control group(23.81%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:magnesium sulfate and aminophylline are effective in children with asthma,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and it is worth to promote in clinical.
